Damaged down truck driver killed by automotive whereas strolling on the shoulder of I-95 in Maryland

Maryland State Police (MSP) say {that a} truck driver misplaced his life in when he was hit by a passenger car in Harford County on Wednesday.

The incident occurred at 6 p.m. on April 5 on I-95 south at mile marker 77.6 in Abingdon, Maryland.

Troopers say that 22 yr outdated New York-based truck driver Rajwinder Singh was standing exterior of his car, which was parked on the shoulder of I-95.

Authorities say that Singh’s Volvo was disabled and that the car’s hazard lights had been illuminated.

“For causes unknown right now, the motive force of the Camry traveled out of lane 3 onto the shoulder. Police consider Singh was strolling from the rear of the trailer to the tractor when the Camry traveled onto the shoulder and hit him,” MSP stated.

Singh was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

The Camry driver was recognized as New York resident Abbas Zaheer, 19.

Zaheer and three passengers within the Camry all refused medical therapy.
