The materials dealing with automation and programs integration supplier MHS World and the warehouse distribution software program and options supplier Fortna have rebranded below the Fortna title, simply seven months after merging as sibling corporations within the funding portfolio of personal fairness agency Thomas H. Lee Companions L.P. (THL).

Atlanta-based Fortna will proceed to outline itself as a supplier of omnichannel and parcel distribution options, saying it presents clients a flexible, end-to-end path ahead to optimize operations within the face of continuous upheaval.
