Man holding semi truck driver at gunpoint shot to dying by Oregon trooper

Police have launched data on an officer-involved deadly capturing that occurred within the Salem, Oregon, space on Monday.
The incident started round 8:40 a.m. on April 10, 2023, when Oregon State Police (OSP) Trooper Andrew Tuttle stopped on I-5 at mile marker 254 to help with a stopped semi truck, in response to a information launch from the Salem Police Division (SPD).
Trooper Tuttle found that the semi truck driver was being held at gunpoint by a male suspect later recognized as Felipe Amezcua Manzo, 31.
