Troopers hid in PennDOT vehicles as a part of ‘Operation Yellow Jacket’ crackdown

The Pennsylvania Division of Transportation (PennDOT) and the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) just lately partnered for an enforcement marketing campaign focusing on unsafe driving in development zones.
