Lethal crash left pickup sandwiched between 4 semis in Tennessee

The motive force of a pickup truck is useless following a multi-vehicle crash on I-65 in Tennessee on Tuesday afternoon.

The crash occurred round 2 p.m. on April 18 at mile marker 115 on I-65 close to Cross Plains, Tennessee.

Pickup driver Bryant Freedle, 28, was stopped within the northbound lanes of I-65 behind two semi vehicles. A 3rd semi truck pushed by 71 12 months outdated David Arnold was starting to sluggish for the visitors when it was rear-ended by a fourth semi pushed by Davina Luckett, 55, in response to WSMV.

The rear-end crash resulted in Arnold’s truck driving over Freedle’s pickup, authorities say, which in flip triggered the pickup to strike the semi truck in entrance, which triggered that semi truck to rear-end the semi truck in entrance of it.

Freedle died because of the crash.

Luckett was hospitalized with minor accidents.

The Tennessee Freeway Patrol says Luckett and Arnold might face prices pending the outcomes of the investigation.
