Sheriff confirms two truckers killed in fiery wrong-way crash in Wisconsin

The Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Workplace (OCSO) says that two truck drivers misplaced their lives on Thursday night in Belgium, Wisconsin. 

OCSO responded to the crash round 6:35 p.m. on September 8 on southbound I-43 south of Sandy Seaside Street.

“A northbound semi truck left the roadway, entered the southbound lanes of I-43 and struck a southbound semi truck. Each autos sustained extreme harm. Each drivers succumbed to their accidents on the scene,” OCSO stated in a information launch. 

Police haven’t but supplied data on the identities of the truck drivers or the reason for the crash.

Southbound I-43 has reopened.
