The California Freeway Patrol (CHP) has arrested a motorist following a crash that claimed the lifetime of a truck driver in Merced late Monday evening.
The crash occurred round 11:20 p.m on Monday, March 6, on Freeway 99 in Merced.
CHP says that 35 12 months previous motorist Anthony Carrasco was southbound on Freeway 99 when he tried to move a semi truck hauling double trailers by driving at a excessive price of pace on the slim proper shoulder.
