Tesla releases video of Semi sturdiness testing in ‘harsh’ situations
Tesla not too long ago launched a short video touting the ruggedness of firm’s new-to-market all-electric Class 8 Semi.
Tesla shared the video on December 13 with the caption: “Our engineers examined Semi in a wide range of harsh situations to maximise reliability & sturdiness.”
Within the video, the Tesla Semi plows by means of a big puddle, goes by means of suspension testing, passes over a ladder, and drives by means of dust and snow.
Tesla not too long ago delivered the primary Semis to PepsiCo after the corporate ordered 100 of the vans in late 2017. Tesla reportedly plans to supply 100 Tesla Semis by the top of the 2022 and 50,000 electrical semi vans per 12 months by 2024.
