Three individuals attempting to vary a flat tire struck and killed by massive rig
Louisiana State Police (LSP) say that a number of pedestrians had been killed after being struck by a semi truck on Tuesday night.
The incident occurred after 7 p.m. on December 6 on I-49 north of Natchitoches.
LSP stated that “a 1999 Jeep Laredo was stalled on the northbound shoulder of I-49” and that the three car occupants had been making an attempt to vary a flat tire.
“For causes nonetheless below investigation, a northbound 1997 Freightliner, pushed by 62-year-old Clyde Homosexual of Coushatta, drifted onto the northbound shoulder, struck the left facet of the Jeep and impacted all three pedestrians,” LSP stated.
Nineteen 12 months outdated Tyran Williams of Dallas, 21 12 months outdated Dylan Younger of Dallas, and 19 12 months outdated Broderick Moore of Cedar Hill, Texas, all sustained deadly accidents and had been pronounced lifeless on the scene.
Troopers say that routine toxicology checks are pending and the crash continues to be below investigation.
